Technically though, there is no single certifying body and authority on Lean Six Sigma locally or globally. Even the American Society for Quality (ASQ) or GE or Motorola (where it started) don’t claim they are the single/sole certifying body. Simply because there is none. 

The fact is, it’s the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSS MBB) that can certify someone based on training, application, and assessment. They may certify through an institution, organization, company, or even individually. The bottom line is it’s the LSS MBB that certifies. And when an organization does not have an LSS MBB, it will lose its credibility to certify.

So if you see a training organization offering LSS training in general, the first thing you should ask is, who is their LSS MBB. And you need to check their profile. You are only as good as the trainer who certified you. If they just paid some institutions to be accredited to provide training, without even having an LSS MBB with them, then you might want to think about it. They might not have personal accountability on the learning of the students. Sure, they pay the affiliation dues and give “accredited materials”. But that might just be it, unless if they have an LSS MBB to assist in the learning.

Yes. This is a certification course, so you can add CLSSBB to your title. You will only get to download your certificate after you have gone through all the course modules, submit your exercises, and passed the Certification Exam which is all designed in the course itself. Hence, when you get your certificate, Reggie Vallente as the LSS Master Black Belt, certify you have completed the requirements to become a CLSSBB.

Yes, of course, you can. While you will get your Lean Six Sigma certification (downloadable) after you complete the training modules and requirements, you may still pursue certification outside our platform. That is entirely up to you. Please do note that our training aligns with global standards of Lean Six Sigma Trainings and hence you should have no issues passing the certification.

While our LSSBB has a complimentary Yellow Belt (YB) and Green Belt (GB) that goes with it, other than the enrollment fee, anyone with the right professional learning disposition can enroll in BB, as YB and GB is a subset of BB. Others just start at the lower belts (YB/ GB) to explore first if the Lean Six Sigma path is for them, and of course, explore it at lower investment levels.

Live courses, whether via Zoom or face-to-face have the advantage of being interactive. The challenge is that most people do not have a common schedule, so you must adjust your schedule to adhere to the training time posted. 

In our online courses, learners can follow sequential pre-recorded videos at their own pace and time. There is no schedule to follow except what the learners establish for themselves. Though the lessons aren't interactive, they are well explained, and seldom are there any questions afterward. In addition, any learner can ask us a question and this is answered through an on-demand webinar that is accessible to everyone. These courses were made to cater to people of different backgrounds and different availability.

The learning platform is designed to take you through a sequence of pre-recorded course videos with exercises in them for application. An exam will be given at the end of each module.  These modular exams will add up to become your certification exam.  Submission of additional requirements may be required such as projects for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt before the certificate is issued.

Yes, you may retake it up to three (3) times.

For both our Green Belt (GB) and Black Belt (BB) certifications, you will need to pass the modular exams. This is taken at the end of each module and not one time at the end which makes it easier to prepare for. You can also retake it up to three (3) times.

Another requirement is the project work. You have an option for one (1) live project. But for those whose circumstances prevent them from doing a live one, you may proceed with the hypothetical projects or case studies route. For GB, only one (1) is needed while three (3) are required for BB. But if you get GB certified with us, you will only need two (2) more as we will already count your Gb project as the first one. And by the way, the certification process is already included and not a separate cost. We make it easy for you.

If you complete the courses, get certified, and practice them in your workplace, you will have a very high chance of being promoted or hired outside (pirated). LSS GBs earn on average between 50k-100k, while BBs earn between 120-180k.  Given the cost of this investment, we would say, yes, you will definitely make it back multiple folds in time.
