So if you see a training organization offering LSS training in general, the first thing you should ask is, who is their LSS MBB. And you need to check their profile. You are only as good as the trainer who certified you. If they just paid some institutions to be accredited to provide training, without even having an LSS MBB with them, then you might want to think about it. They might not have personal accountability on the learning of the students. Sure, they pay the affiliation dues and gave “accredited materials”. Yes. This is a certification course, so you can add CLSSBB on your title. You will only get to download your certificate after you have gone through all the course modules, submit your exercises and passed the Certification Exam which are all designed in the course itself. Hence, when you get your certificate, I as the LSS Master Black Belt, certify you to have completed the requirements to become a CLSSBB.

Of course you can. While you will get your Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification (downloadable) after you complete the training modules, send the exercises and complete the certification exam, you may still pursue certification outside our platform. That is entirely up to you. Please do note that our training aligns with global standards of Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training and hence you should have no issues passing the certification.

Is there any pre-requisite to taking the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course? Ans: There is none. You may dive right into the course regardless of your background. This is a foundational course on Lean Six Sigma.

The learning platform is designed to take you through sequential pre-recorded course videos which has exercises in them, for application. At the tail end of the course is a Certification exam which you need to pass, to be Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (CLSSYB). Questions submitted are answered on a separate webinar as necessary.

Live courses, whether via Zoom or face-to-face have the advantages of being interactive. However, you need to adjust your schedule and adhere to whatever was posted as the training time which is tough because most people do not have common schedules. Our online courses are sequential pre-recorded videos which allow our learners to go through the course at their own pace and time. No schedule to adhere to except what they set for themselves.
